Как исправить ошибку 43 при установке драйверов

Не будем говорить о важности порта USB, всем давно известно, что подавляющее большинство внешних устройств подключается через него. Без корректной работы порта, функционал компьютера существенно снижается. Ошибка 43 может стать неприятным сюрпризом для любого пользователя.

При подключении флеш-накопитель не определяется, а в диспетчере устройств напротив соответствующей строки стоит желтый восклицательный знак, в свойствах – «код ошибки 43». Причин, по которым эта ошибка появляется, может быть огромное множество.

Как исправить ошибку 43

Часто к ней приводит и неисправность самих портов. Неисправно может быть и подключаемое устройство. В некоторых случаях это временный сбой, и решается проблема перезагрузкой компьютера. В ноутбуке может быть включен режим экономии энергии для режима USB, в таком случае устройство следует настроить иначе.

Драйвера

И все же чаще всего причиной ошибки становятся драйвера. Например, вы подключили к компьютеру внешнее USB-устройство, система установила драйвер, после чего всего функционирует. В следующий раз вы можете подключить схожее устройство, система не установит драйвера, и, тем не менее, старые не подойдут. Как решить проблему? В диспетчере устройств следует найти неработающее устройство, нажать на него и выбрать пункт «Удалить драйвер». После перезагрузки системы и при следующем подключении USB-устройства драйвера установятся заново.

Впрочем, проблема может быть не в подключаемом устройстве, а в USB-контроллере. Определяется это методом подключения других устройств. Если раз за разом появляется ошибка 43, значит, необходимо переустановить драйвера контроллера. Процедура аналогичная: удаляем драйвер и перезагружаем систему.

Причиной появления ошибки могут стать и устаревшие драйвера. Для этого необходимо открыть тот же диспетчер устройств, выбрать нужное устройство и нажать вкладку «обновить драйвер». Вероятность того, что таким способом нужный драйвер будет найден, невелика, тогда искать драйвер придется на официальном сайте производителя. Также ошибка может появиться после переустановки операционной системы. Решается эта проблема точно так же - вышеописанным способом.

Проблемы с реестром

В отличие от физической неисправности и проблем с драйверами, проблема с реестром менее распространена. Причина – долгий срок эксплуатации операционной системы, что вызывает лишние записи в реестре, которые становятся причиной ошибок, поэтому реестр рекомендуется время от времени чистить. Делать это рекомендуется вручную, но даже продвинутый пользователь здесь может столкнуться со сложностями, поэтому лучшим способом можно назвать использование утилиты CCleaner. Все, что следует сделать - найти раздел «Реестр», выбрать пункт «Поиск проблем» и нажать «Исправить».
